Pushed down by a toddler
No workout today. Unless you consider chaperoning 16 five and six year olds around a pumpkin patch a workout. Maybe you should, if you don’t. Chasing them through a hay maze, carrying their pumpkins, pulling them down from 5 feet tall piles of hay.
I did do some planks while playing with them in the living room. About 5, 30 second planks. Holding solid until the extra weight of a 25 pound toddler pushed me down. She’s tough, that one.
